As President of Rodren Drilling, Kevin oversees operations at all levels. Kevin is approaching 20 years in the diamond drilling industry with experience in diverse roles. Kevin started his journey in diamond drilling as a drillers helper. He quickly worked his way up through the ranks as a Driller, Foreman, Field Superintendent, and Area Manager. Kevin started with Rodren Drilling in 2021 as General Manager, and was promoted to President in 2022.  A certified NORCAT trainer, Kevin is committed to upholding industry-leading safety standards and delivering top-tier training programs.

Denis brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning as a drilling rig helper in Alberta in 1998 and advancing through various roles in Western Canada's energy sector. A dedicated advocate for safety and excellence, he has completed numerous certifications with Energy Safety Canada, including H2S Alive, Supervisor Blowout Prevention, and Certified Health and Safety Auditor. Beyond his technical expertise, Denis is a passionate mentor, sharing his knowledge to develop industry talent and promote a culture of safety and best practices.

With over 15 years of experience in diamond drilling, Zach has risen through the ranks from driller’s helper to operations manager, excelling in roles such as trainer and safety manager along the way. A certified expert in NORCAT, WHMIS, propane safety, and decision driving, Zach is also a leader in adult learning and training program development. His global impact includes training personnel across Canada, the UK, and the US, crafting effective programs for drillers and supervisors alike.

Reem brings over a decade of experience in the mining and oil and gas sectors, transitioning from academic roles at Khartoum and Petronas Universities to positions as Field Engineer and Project Coordinator in the Middle East and Canada. With bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering, as well as a management master's, Reem combines technical expertise with a passion for talent development. Bilingual in Arabic and English, Reem has led cross-cultural training initiatives, including a groundbreaking program that advanced Sudanese helpers to drillers, showcasing a commitment to organizational growth and workforce empowerment.

Derek Anderson brings over a decade of diverse industry experience to his role as Health & Safety Manager at Rodren Drilling Ltd. Since joining the team in 2021, Derek has been instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the company's health and safety programs, managing employee training, and ensuring compliance with COR certification standards. With a background in diamond drilling, well servicing, and supervisory roles in mining and construction, Derek's hands-on experience is complemented by a robust portfolio of safety certifications, including CSAM-registered Safety Auditor and COR Leadership in Safety Excellence. 

Mr. Goncalves has over 20+ years in financial leadership roles and is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Manitoba. 

Navjit Graduated with a diploma in Full Stack web development from Red River College Polytechnic (2023). Mr. Singh plays an integral role in the development of cutting edge software, tools, and social media management to build brand value at Rodren Drilling.

Mr. Latkowcer has extensive experience in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, with a strong network that includes institutional investors, private equity firms, and high net worth individuals. His expertise spans across corporate strategy, operations, sales, marketing, recruiting, and business development. He has held senior leadership roles in multiple junior exploration mining companies.

Jason is an alumnus of the University of Ottawa (2010) and holds and Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology (2023). He has also earned graduate certificates from Yale School of Management in Sustainable Finance and Investment, and from Harvard Business School in Finance.

Jen joined the Rodren Drilling team in 2025, bringing with her a well-rounded perspective shaped by years of working across various areas of industry operations. Her practical background in the construction/transportation industry, love for accounting and strong attention to detail have naturally led her to a career in payroll—a field she’s passionate about for its dynamic nature and the meaningful impact it has on people’s daily lives. Jen values the balance between analytical precision and supporting the well-being of her colleagues. Outside the office, Jen operates a small hobby farm, where she showcases her love for animals and a sustainable way of living, she is also deeply connected to community service, with many years of involvement in non-profits and local initiatives.
