–›Where have your worked?
Mainly on the Canadian Shield from North Western Ontario to Saskatchewan, also in the Northern Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, and a joint venture program in the Himalayan Mountains in China.
–›How long have you been drilling?
A long time! I started helping on a drill in 1972 … boy does time fly by!! (Rod)
Seriously, Rodren Drilling Ltd. was established in 1976, and we have been serving the Exploration Industry for the past 33 years.
–›How do you move your drills?
We have several methods, but it all depends on the terrain you are working in. We have low ground pressure dozers, skidders, track mounted drills, swamp tractors and trailer mounted equipment. Some of our drills are easily transported under helicopters.
–›How long does it take to move a drill and equipment with a helicopter?
Typically a 5 km move will take approximately 1 to 2 hours of helicopter time to complete.
